RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Iden Cosmetics, Inc. gladly accepts returns or exchanges if the product is new and unopened within 14 days of original purchase. We reserve the right, however, to inspect all returns and exchanges and if it’s determined the product was purchased from an unauthorized re-seller, Iden Cosmetics, Inc. reserves the right to decline the return and will ship the suspect product back to the customer.

Please note that items purchased from other retailers, including hair salons and/or e-commerce sites, must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the return policies of the originating retailer.

Here’s how to start an online return at idencosmetics.com

  • Send an email to customerservice@idencosmetics.com

  • Order number (found on the order confirmation email) needs to be in the subject line

  • Indicate whether you want to return or exchange a product in your order

The customer is responsible for shipping back to Iden Cosmetics, Inc. We do not reimburse shipping costs to the Customer.

Do I need a receipt to return my purchase?

All we need is your order number to process your return or exchange. You will find it on the order confirmation emailed to you when you originally purchased.

We recommend you include a copy of the order confirmation email in your return shipment so we may quickly and easily contact you with any questions.
